A fire on the water is what some people saw on their afternoon commute on the U.S. Highway 11 bridge, according to St. Tammany News.

Some motorists reported the Louisiana fire they saw while driving on the bridge, and two crabbers are certainly glad they did after their boat caught on fire due to what the crabbers claim was faulty wiring.

The boat was a total loss as a result of the Louisiana fire. The two boaters, though they refused to go to the hospital, suffered minor Louisiana fire and burn injuries.

Oil spill closes road to prevent Louisiana truck accidents

As if the Gulf area doesn’t have enough oil problems, Louisiana faces another oil issue because an oil well exploded causing a roadway to be blocked to prevent Louisiana auto accidents, according to WAFB.

The oil well explosion caused Louisiana 70 between LA 996 and LA 1 to be closed down to prevent Louisiana truck and auto accidents.

The road is expected to be closed for five to 10 days, so traffic will be detoured in an effort to prevent Louisiana truck and auto accidents and injuries.

The Baton Rouge fire occurred in a truck that was parked under a carport at a home on Kindletree Drive. The Baton Rouge fire spread from the truck to the carport to the home attached to it.

The heat from the Baton Rouge fire also damaged the roof and siding of an adjacent home. Fortunately, there were no Baton Rouge fire and burn injuries as a result of the blaze.

Louisiana fire kills mother and son

Fire safety is an important issue that may not get the attention it needs. Fire safety is often focused on children; however, adults and children alike need an escape plan in case of a fire.

Unfortunately, a Louisiana fire killed a Grosse Tete mother and her adult son, according to KATC.

The Louisiana fire occurred on Gardener Lane in Grosse Tete, and when authorities arrived the home was overtaken by flames. When the fire was out, rescue workers found the woman, 84, and her son, 69, in the home. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the cause of the Louisiana fire is ongoing, and authorities are unsure of the cause of the Louisiana house fire or the reason the occupants could not get out.

According to WWLTV, a New Orleans auto accident occurred when a vehicle crashed into a home on Almonaster Avenue. One man, 21, was found shot inside the vehicle and two others, a 17-year-old and a 20-year-old, were injured in the crash.

A Taurus was found abandoned and crashed into a fence across the street from the New Orleans auto accident. The occupants of the vehicle left the scene and police are looking for them. However, police are not certain of that crash’s relation to the vehicle that crashed into the home.

Mississippi fire kills 88-year-old woman

WAPT reported that an 88-year-old woman was killed as the result of a Mississippi fire accident Tuesday.
