Whether texting or talking, drivers can easily lose concentration while operating a cell phone. According to WAFB, one bill aims to put a hold on Baton Rouge auto accidents caused by cell phones with a new bill.
The bill that bans hand-held cell phone use while operating a vehicle has failed to pass previously. The bill has made it through the House Transportation Committee, and proponents hope it will decrease the number of Baton Rouge auto accidents attributed to cell phone use.
Do you think this bill will stop some Louisiana drivers from texting or talking on hand-held devices? Will it affect your behavior?
