The Baton Rouge fire occurred in a truck that was parked under a carport at a home on Kindletree Drive. The Baton Rouge fire spread from the truck to the carport to the home attached to it.

The heat from the Baton Rouge fire also damaged the roof and siding of an adjacent home. Fortunately, there were no Baton Rouge fire and burn injuries as a result of the blaze.

The elderly man inhabiting the Baton Rouge home on Mission Drive was able to escape without injury from a Baton Rouge fire at his home.  When firefighters first arrived on the scene of the Baton Rouge fire, they thought the man was trapped in the home. However, they discovered he had escaped with no Baton Rouge fire or burn injuries.

Unfortunately, his home was damaged as a result of the blaze, the cause of which is still unknown.

Man arrested following Lafayette auto accident

The Lafayette auto accident occurred on Verot School Road when a 1993 Buick Road Master struck eight cars and a school bus. The driver hit cars along Ambassador Cafferty and then struck another car on Verot School Roads. When the driver of that car tried to call 911, Lafayette police had already arrived on the scene of the subsequent Lafayette car accident and apprehended the fleeing Louisiana driver.

The Louisiana driver of the Road Master, a 32-year-old man, was charged with operating while intoxicated, hit and run, as well as reckless operation and possession of narcotics.

Owner found dead, Louisiana fire destroys business

Police believe the woman lost control of the 2003 GMC envoy and struck a ditch. They also believe because she was thrown from the vehicle, she was not wearing a seatbelt.

Louisiana fire kills mother and son

The Louisiana fire occurred on Gardener Lane in Grosse Tete, and when authorities arrived the home was overtaken by flames. When the fire was out, rescue workers found the woman, 84, and her son, 69, in the home. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the cause of the Louisiana fire is ongoing, and authorities are unsure of the cause of the Louisiana house fire or the reason the occupants could not get out.

A Taurus was found abandoned and crashed into a fence across the street from the New Orleans auto accident. The occupants of the vehicle left the scene and police are looking for them. However, police are not certain of that crash’s relation to the vehicle that crashed into the home.

Louisiana fire accident damages firefighter’s home

The Louisiana fire accident started in a shed adjacent to the home but spread to the two-bedroom home where the firefighter and his girlfriend were living.
